Who We Are
Thrive Paradigm has been working to advance equity in the youth development and nonprofit sector since 2011, formerly as Development Without Limits West. We focus on equipping youth-serving organizations and nonprofits with the supports to build their equity strategy through technical assistance, strategic advising, staff training and leadership coaching. With our vast expertise in both equity and youth development, we are uniquely positioned to provide thought-partnership and support to organizations looking to begin or deepen their equity work.
What We Do
We are committed to upholding the integrity of what it means for organizations and programs to begin or advance their equity efforts. As such, we know that this work takes time and intention. We aim to provide robust supports and leverage effective tools to meet the needs of our clients in order to foster deep and meaningful change.
Management and Leadership
We build the capacity of management and leadership by providing Equity Leadership Institutes, one-on-one coaching, training, and strategic advising.
Program Support
We help improve the quality of programs by conducting program and curricula equity audits, providing staff training, and infusing an equity lens into program principles and assessment tools.
Organizational Support
We support organizations by designing or refining an equity strategy, conducting policy and practices equity audits, and facilitating equity-centered dialogue.
